Scope of Services. Through this Site, Daily Wags LLC markets and arranges Dog Walking, Dog Walker, Dog Sitting, Puppy Visits, Pet Care, Dog Sitter, Pet Services, Dog Walking Services. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
Site Content. Content displayed on https://dailywagsllc.com is the property of Daily Wags LLC or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is forbidden.
Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.
Termination. Daily Wags LLC may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.

Law and Venue. MN law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in MN.
